Do I need an account?
No. Every feature works without signing up.
Where does the fund data come from?
Scheme lists and NAV history come from the public MFapi.in service, which publishes NAV data originally released by AMFI. NAVs may be delayed by a day or more.
Why are some details like AUM or expense ratio missing?
GolStat only shows information the data source provides reliably. It never estimates or fabricates values.
How are returns calculated?
From actual NAV observations: absolute return for periods under one year and CAGR for one year and longer.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Funds you have already loaded stay available without a connection and refresh automatically when you are back online.
How do I clear stored data?
Open More → Settings → Clear Cache to remove cached fund data. Your favorites and theme are kept until you delete the app.
Can I buy or sell funds in the app?
No. GolStat is a research viewer only. It does not provide investment advice or execute transactions.
